As an avid traveler hailing from the United Kingdom, I recently had the pleasure of staying at this particular property - and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. While the surroundings were undeniably charming, with a picturesque view of fields and trees, the charm quickly wore off when it came to communication and service. The spacious rooms and large kitchen were certainly a highlight, as was the nearby cider farm. the lack of communication regarding the £200 bond was a major letdown. Despite reaching out multiple times, I was met with radio silence. the phone number provided was a dead end, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. While the location and amenities were lovely, the lack of communication and customer service left much to be desired. Proceed with caution if you decide to book a stay at this property.
